1. Training Manager

Prime Marine Management Inc. is seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Training Manager for the company’s Training Department.

The Training Manager will manage all the functions of the Training department and of the Training centres, being responsible to identify the training needs and to ensure that first class in house training is provided to the crews and to the candidate crew members of the company’s vessels.

Candidates must have:

• At least 2 years working experience as Training Manager and Instructor in shipping industry.
• Master Mariner Certificate on Tankers, LPGs or holder of a relevant University degree.
• IMO, STCW, ISM, TMSA3 and industry training best practices, very good knowledge
• Very good command of English and Greek language
• Very good communication, presentation and employee development skills
• Computer literate

2. IT Development Head

Prime Marine Management Inc. is seeking to employ an experienced and qualified IT Development Head for the company’s ICT Department.

The IT Development Head will manage all the functions related to the development of the company’s and vessels’ ERP, software, networks and systems.

Candidates must have:

• University degree in Computer Science.
• 6+ years working experience within the IT sector, out of which 2+ in IT Project Management.
• SW engineering background (requirements capture, specification development, translation, design, development, testing) in medium scale projects
• Design and development experience in BI solutions, OOP, MS SQL, Web Apps and APIs.
• Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, Firewalls), design methodologies, standards, performance, management & monitoring tools, VPN, VMWare and in configuring and tuning cyber-defence solutions.
• Good knowledge of PM methodologies, practices and IT standards (NIST, ISO 27001). Relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
• Experience in IT and cybersecurity policies & procedures development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
